I’m about to get new tires and I’m between 3 tires right now. Cooper AT3 , Cooper RTX , and Wildpeak AT3w. Does anyone have experience with these. The wildpeak only come in 245/76 17 where the cooper come in 235 size. Anyone have any experience with the wildpeak or the rtx?

I've run the Cooper A/T3 tires on my KK before and they were great. Impressive wet/dry/snow/offroad traction, and quiet too. I'd recommend them to anyone. I have Duratracs now because I wanted something with a more aggressive for offroad, but I had a good experience with the Coopers.

Thanks for the help. I’ve never had any coopers.

Another vote for Cooper AT3. These tires are relatively smooth on the highway yet aggressive off the road.

Do the cooper tires seem to run true on size? I was thinking about the 245/65r17 size. Their site shows 29.5” tire.

Probably? I never measured mine to get the exact dimensions. Either way if it is around 29.5” diameter it will still work on the stock suspension without rubbing.

I just got the cooper AT3 4s today. I’ve only put about 100 mile but they seem to ride smooth and quite.

Considering JK wheels/tire package, some JK owners are selling their stock and you can find good deals. Love the look of this “Mamba” style rims (prefer them in black dough) and the Wrangler SRA 255/75/17 could be a nice summer tire.
I know I need 5 x 4.5 to 5 x 5 adapters for the different bolt pattern. I have concerns about this

Get the right wheels to fit, plus sizes that will fit correctly
You can buy them cheap cause no one wants them !!!!
Wrangler SRAs are junk
Plus not " Mamba style " Moab style , Mambas are the cheap knockoffs of real Moabs

Basically a Maxxis Buckshot II Mudder.
Very good bad weather / offroad tire.
Pretty good highway although a bit loud.
On curvy roads, takes some getting used to.

Just an OK tire, not great overall unless all you do is run in mud
Now good wear, overall on the road , noisy
Much better tires out there

Thanks a lot, hum do not like mud much just the necessary, lol. I think will put some money into this one:
Doesn’t have good reviews under extreme wet terrain/conditions and also durability.

WRANGLER MT/R with Kevlar

WRANGLER DURATRACS
Great reviews On/Off-road and durability
