Have replaced pump and wiper switch chasing the problem. Pump will not run. I am considering replacing the turn signal switch next as it is piggybacked onto the wiper switch. Does anyone have any experience with this problem? I cannot find a schematic that shows wiring for pump to allow electrical troubleshooting.

A shot in the dark...
Can you locate your window washer pump and unclip the electrical pigtail? If so, you could try to apply 12 volt current direct from the battery. If it runs, it’s fine and the problem is in the stalk or elsewhere. If it doesn’t run, the problem is a bad pump.

Good idea. Tried that on original pump that seemed to have failed. Replaced pump and still not working. I suppose the new one could be bad as well.

The pump is reversible. One way it pumps to the front, the other way to the rear.
Control is by reversing the B+. If the stalk is held in "Wash" mode for more then 10 seconds the computers will kill power to the pump, until it has been released for 2 seconds.
There is no fuse directly linked to the pump. However, check fuses M30 and M24.
Also can't hurt to do a reset. Disconnect Neg(-) battery cable for 10 minutes.

Thanks to both lfhoward and scar0 for replies. I have a fuse labeled m21 that the manual says is for front/rear washer and it is good by ohmmeter and I also swapped it with another 20 amp to be certain. I will check the two others you mention scar0. Also battery was disconnected while I swapped out wiper switch. I assumed it was a toggle in the washer switch that changed pump rotation, that's why I opted to replace it. The better half (owner) told me that sometimes when signaling a turn the front wipers cycle for a few swipes. I am wondering if I have a short in the turn signal switch and that's why I am considering that as my next step.

Good deal. It could very well be the stalk or jumper cable in the column going from 1 stalk to the other, to the clock spring.
A little info about the wiper/washer;
B+ is not a direct feed from the stalk. So please do not try to jump it there. It is all computer controlled via the CAN bus (Controller Area Network) up to the TIPM.
The stalk sends a computer request to the steering control module base on it's position, which then passes the message to the cluster, which then passes it on to the TIPM, to turn on the washer/wiper. The computer programming in the TIPM then determines which way to energize the pump and wipers based on the request it receives.

UPDATE. Thanks again to all. Finally took it to the dealer. Bad TIPM & bad Turn signal switch. $1800 to diagnose and replace both. Fiat/Chrysler engineers stink. Who would route basic electrical functions through a complex and unreliable computer? Will never buy another one of the money pits built by this company. It's 6 yrs. old, has under 35K miles and so far - $1000 for rear brake lockup repair, $1800 failed rack and pinion replace, and now $1800 for tipm and switch replacements. This vehicle and has already cost us $5,000 on top of purchase price. IT IS CRAP!!!!

Sorry to hear you had to pay so much. Wish you would have come back here.
A TIPM can be swapped DIY, along with the stalk. It would have saved you a ton of labor costs.
