 Post subject: Flat hood conversion

I found an 06 liberty with the flat hood ,does anyone know what all i need to swap over? hood and grill and grill support but fenders look the same.

My 05 Sport had the flat hood conversion when I bought it. After the conversion was done, the PO hit a deer, so the grill, bumper, and front fenders are newish on mine. Hopefully the pics below will help you. Let me know if you want any measurements.
