Travel alert! Going West next week!

As many may know, I am the traveling CRD tech. This is the ONLY vehicle I work on, and I've now seen over 100 of them. Maybe yours is next? If you are anywhere from Florida to Nevada and need something on your CRD... NOW IS THE TIME! Message me (email button below works the best) and we can get your CRD upgraded or back on the road!

Three primary services:
Level 1: Timing belt and water pump. If your CRD hasn't had the belt replaced... IT NEEDS IT. This has a 6 year age limit as well as the 100k mile limit. If you don't know for sure that it has been done... It likely hasn't.

Level 2: Egr delete, new glow plugs, new rockers, ARP studs, and level 1 - This is for anyone 130k miles or less who hasn't started experiencing "low coolant alarms" which indicates the factory head bolts have weakened and allowed combustion to leak (head gasket leak). Prevention is DEFINITELY worth a pound of cure on this one! If that leak starts... You need Level 3.

Level 3: Head gasket replacement. All new valves. And everything from level 2 and 1. If your head gasket is already leaking OR you are at / above 200k miles... You need replacement valves! The exhaust valves have a nasty habit of failing without warning b/c of excessive cylinder temperatures (seems to be from longterm EGR use) and severe engine damage is the result. The failures are around 200k miles or 300 billion cycles of the valves... So planning ahead for this one is a good idea.

I will be checking my messages quite often for the next few days, but time is definitely of the essence b/c parts would need to be shipped. Don't miss out on potential savings from a combined trip that saves travel costs!

Geordi, just finished a level 3 service on my '05. His work is beyond reproach. He knows these engines like the back of his hand.

My Jeep is running the best it ever has now.

You OWE it to your Jeep to have Geordi refresh it.

He is out West now but at some point will be traveling back to FL.

So, if you are even thinking you need service on your jeep, contact him NOW!

Thanks Bill, it was a pleasure working on your CRD - Enjoy it for many thousands of happy miles!

TRAVEL UPDATE: I'm in Reno, Nevada for a couple more days, pretty much the entire Pacific Northwest from Sacramento and on up is in the range. If you were thinking about having anything done on your CRD, NOW is the best time! I know from previous trips, getting out to the West Coast is a HUGE chunk in travel cost, right now the cost would be HALF of what the travel usually is. Email is the best option for contacting me, use the button below and lets make your CRD happy!
