I ordered the free test kit and just got it. It doesnt say how much money to send with the oil? The last kit I oredered was $20 and I said heck with that. There is also some stuff it wants filled out and doesnt tell you what it means. What is, unit ID and Secondary ID? Do they want you to roll the registration form up and put it in the bottle(not the sample bottle)? They left alot of stuff out!!

I believe those refer to fleets. It looks like they do alot of testing for fleet vehicles. Thst's where they have contracts. I asume for this offer you leave that out.
