Just got them on today-I'm not lifted-and wasn't sure if I would or not. I didn't really want to deal with bogging down the engine and messing up the speedo which is why I picked the size I did. I paid $114/tire installed. I haven't driven on them too much, but so far they seem dead silent on all road surfaces, and super smooth. I'm a fan. Looking forward to the next snowstorm to really try them out...

On the other hand I was SHOCKED at just how fricken flimsy the stock tires are. They deform so easily under light pressure by your hand that it's not funny. I could blow my nose through the sidewall. What a crap tire. They are darn light though...good for the mileage...but I'll take a well built tire and suffer the .25mpg loss...

later,
Nick

That's a good price! Any rubbing with that size? I'm probably going to go with the 245/70s on my KJ when I get around to doing that. Coopers are kind of a cheap secret, I got some Cooper Zeon 2xs performance tires on my old car, inexpensive and grippy as hell!

An "I got new tires" post comes with a picture requirement. You did know that right?

Jaws-no rubbing at full lock to lock forward or backward. I haven't been to full bump at full lock though, so who knows.

Jeger-I'll get a pic up soon! The Jeep pretty much looks like it should have from the factory! And man I do like these tires...what a difference!
