Anyone wanna put all of these into one post that could be stickied? I've seen them hosted in a few different spots but, you never know when one site will be down (or exceed their monthly bandwidth allotment). Can we do that without infringing on any copyright issues?

let sleeping dogs lie, i have posted a comprehensive link in several places, if you look and click in the old posts you see it.

IMO keep it quiet, dont need everyone and their uncle seeing our sources.
