A group from my local club is thinking of going to GWNF next weekend. None of us have really been there. Anyone been there? Suggestions? Anyone wanna go?

First weekend of school but I think I might be able to make a run. I actually did Saltshed yesterday night. Trails have mud, but since we haven't had rain, there not too bad.

awesome....let me know. We are definately doing a run. One guy rearanged his weekends so he can ride, so we ain't backing out.

VA guys...check out http://www.southsidejeepers.com for a local club. Great group of guys on there, and I'm the only KJ!!!!

There's a good chance me and a couple of others will be there Saturday night/Sunday - maybe we can meet up somewhere along the way.

i def wanna come down to this, have to see what the other has to do. shes a teacher so i dont know what she has to do with the new school year starting up here. but i do have one question. if i come down i would not wanna drive all the way down there with my TSL's, and i was wondering if i could bring them down and leave my TOYO's somewhere while we were out.

You can keep em in your hotel room...thats about the best place for em. Someone will take them if you leave them out in the open.

I am 100% go for this. Ill be driving up on Saturday (time pending) and leaving Sunday night. Might have one or 2 guys tagging along with me.

I still want to go to GWNF, so I'll still be up for it, just have no clue how to get there. UVALAX, maybe i can follow you up saturday.

I have to seen if I can get the other side of my suspension fixed real quck this week though, but should still be able to go otherwise.

Whats up with the suspension? If I can help, ill be more than willing to offer my garage. However, Saturday is my little brothers birthday (thought it was Friday) so I wont be able to drive up till late that night or early Sunday. Other than that, anyone is welcome to convoy with me (taking 64 East to 81 North).

its nothing bad, when i put my suspension together, overlooked putting a washer below a bushing on the strut shaft, so the bushings are going bad prematurely causing a knocking noise over hard bumps. Just gotta take the assembly out, compress and put a washer with the new bushing in. THis time it will be the passengers side, which is the easier side.

So what's the plan, I am still trying to go, I have to work Friday night so I will get off Sat am and then have to be back Sunday night to work on Monday.
I don't know how many of the guys from my ship are going to go since we are planning a trip to Uwharrie in a couple of weeks.
I am also going to be waiting on my Frankenlift and Gecko Sport rack to come in so I can get installed prior to our trip to Uwharrie.

Let me know what final plans are and I will see if I can fit it into my schedule.

its starting to look real slim for me. i didnt get to my suspension yesterday, tomo I have to take the dog to the vet, then training classes. So I probably won't be able to get it done then. Its looking like saturday for the fix.

well the darn rain screwed me over, can't fix the KJ in this crud, so it looks like I'll miss another trip. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! guess i know what i'll be doing saturday...hopefully.
