SFA KJ Exhaust sytems info

Discuss the exhaust system in your SFA KJ. Details, pics appreciated. Please also address smog equipment concerns: O2 sensors, Catalytic converters.

What kind of cost in everyone's setup as well?

What you can't see is the cat under the skid and where the O2 sensors fit in. We will see how that all works out for me since I have to get my smog check done by Feb.

Yes, codes out the wazoo. Latest ones seem to be related to the sensor heater (??) anywho... got new sensors coming and hopefully once they are extended and installed it will behave long enough to get through the sniffer and I'll be good again for another two years.

IIRC, my exhaust cost around $525-ish including muffler. This included a custom made Y pipe, Dynomax muffler, tail pipe, hangers, O2 sensor bungs, etc. I'll try to get more detailed pics in near future.

Mine is setup the same way JJs is...it was like $500...and was throwing a code for the 02 sensor... replaced 2 downstream sensors, no check engine light and it passed smog no problem..then got a check engine light the same day...got darn lucky. Might have to change out the catylitic converter next time...darn jeeps

Yes so you have room for the front driveshaft.
