KK steel bumper (finished)

I know you have posted it before but what else do you have planned for that puppy? That bumper is looking killer btw. I usually don't like bigger style bumpers like that, but I think the boxiness of the KK is much better suited for a bigger ARB style bumper. Looks friggin great.

I own a 2008 KK jeep green and I really like the look of your bumper. How much to have one ???? lollll I want to put my warn 8k on my KK but on a plastic bumper that doesn't work so well..lolll

as soon as I finish the front bumper I will start the rear bumper with probably a spare tire carrier. I also want a light bar on top just because it looks awsome

then this spring I will get the jba 4''. I still dont know what tire size i will run but they will be big :twisted:

I also have a few drivetrain mods I want to do but its still too early to tell you what. I need to do more reserch and testing first

Are you keeping copies and drafts of all your measurements and parts? Reason i ask is because the time and skill your putting into this is is superb. Everything is looking great and from what I've seen. While browsing different company/org sites you are well ahead of alot of companies in KK bumper development. You may be able to sell your design.

Well it was just a thought. Keep up the great work.

lil update:

the shackle tabs are on (1'' thick) and im doing the last piece : the hoop. looking awsome so far

also added the round jk side blinkers to replace the odd shaped stock ones

I dont think I will mass produce my skidplates. they are a pain to build without a metal sheet bender witch i dont have... yet :twisted:

I decided to take off the front bumper and begin to fit my warn high clearance bumper ( who was on my JK sahara unlimited ) :twisted:

What a surprise when I saw that he will perfectly fit on, I will take some picturesof the beginning of my project tonuight.....

No problem Digger, I will take a lot of picture of each step to fit the JK bumper, but from what I saw It's going to be a easy mod :twisted:
