An investment group announced plans to build a cargo airport near Hazleton in Luzerne County. They say the project will create thousands of jobs and pump billions of dollars into the local economy.

seriously...

1) Chopping down trees
2) Digging ditches
3) Failing to provide insurance information that was on record at the Lawyer's office when the suit was filed by said lawyer.

Wow, they've got to be out by Monday.... I figured it would have taken a little longer. I guess there's nothing they could do.

I didn't mean it like that, sorry :(

I meant "seriously" in the sense that I wasn't joking when they forced them out of the lease for such stupid things.

When I posted the same thing on a local board here, one of the guys posted "no seriously, what did they find in violation of lease"

darn!! If it wasn't Superbowl weekend with the Bears playing, I consider making the 11 hour drive out there. Was hoping to get there as part of the possible Camp Jeep trip this year, but looks like that won't happen :( :( :(

Its kinda ironic that they violated the lease by digging ditches and cutting down trees, yet now the owners are gonna level it and put an airport.

At least you all had an offroad park to go to down there....we have nothing up here except for the odd sparse public laneways through forests and occasional logging roads.

The province of Ontario has made it so difficult for 4X4ing to exist. Everywhere we go....no trespassing, chains, fences, farm after far after farm.....and in the winter forget it.....all the trails are owned by a Snowmobile group that requires a snowmobile and a permit to ride on the trails......they just let us borrow the space for a bit in the summer....and these are patrolled by the Provincial Police....$300 for no permit....nice.

Sorry to hear you're losing Paragon....seemed like a great place....seems like the south is turning into what the north has been for a long time.
