What is the best front brake rotor I can purchase . I need more braking with the large tires.

Also , my muffler is bad and its time for an upgrade. Should I buy the Borla 3" or other or
is the stock sufficient?

Robert

go with the flowmaster. There's a sound clip of it somewhere on here...

That's 2nd on my summer list, behind the lift.

I also run the Magnaflow muffler. Not too loud, cabin noise is not loud, but it sounds great when you get on it. Especially at highway speed with the nice moan (love going under bridges for that echo effect).

I've got the Powerslot rotors on mine. Big improvement over stock. The Hawk pads stopped extremely well, but caused a lot of dust and squeaking. Since I'm only running 245/65R17 AT's, I didn't need quite as much stopping power. I switched to some Midas semi-metallics. Much less dust, and I've only heard them squeak once. They don't stop it as well as the Hawks, but they stop it a lot better than the stock pads. If you can handle the dust of the Hawks, they really help. If you want to replace your muffler, the Flowmaster, Magnaflow, and Borla are all good choices. I have the Borla cat-back with dual outlets. I really like it, but I also got it for $400 delivered. I haven't seen them that low in years. It's a nice performance increase, and looks great, and sounds great. I love the way people turn to see when I start it up. With the intake and hood, everyone says it sounds like I've got a small block Chevy V8 under the hood. Personally, I'd still buy it at the more expensive prices now, but that's just my opinion. You have to like your Jeep.
