ok so swaybar eliminated.

Did you install your lift? I suspect a loose bolt on the strut. Take a wrench and tight them down to just be sure.

Also, jack it up and turn the wheel, spin the front tires by hand and see if you can pinpoint where the sound is coming from. If it's an axle or such you should be able to hear it this way.
