My sister has an 05 liberty and she's having problems with the driver side seat belt... i took a look at it today and it seems that when you push to release the belt the button egts stuck and stays stuck in the down position. This doesnt allow the seat belt to click back in again when you drive... I put some WD40 in and got the thing to pop back up, but every time you push the button down again it gets stuck.

so does anyone have a fix for this? or know of anywhere i can get a new belt clip for her?

Sounds like a safety issue. I'd take it to a dealer and have them repair that. The last thing you'd want is for her to need it and have it not work as designed. Not to be morbid or anything, but remember Dale Earnhardt Sr.
