Changed mine at 30k with Autolite DP and used Anti Seize. Ive got a torque wrench built into my wrist that automatically adjusts for the lower torque needed with anti seize.

Back in my automotive wrenching days those type of torque jobs by other people were always money makers for me
Aluminum head = ALWAYS us a torque wrench and no anit-seize. Also if I remember properly, anti-seize reduces(same as extentions) torque which would require more torque. If a spark plug is properly torqued there is no need for anti-seize.

At work over 90% of all broken wheel studs we see have anti-seize on the threads.
Yeah, well, speaking for myself, the last group of mechanics I'd trust to put a lug nut on one of my wheels are the freaking dealer mechanics. I got my truck back from them once and had to literally (and I mean literally) jump up and down on the lug wrench to get the lug nuts off. Dorkwads must have air-wrenched those things to 300 foot lbs.
Speaking in general about people who have stripped out their threads, my experience is that some people have a way about them that makes them prone to it. My best friend is a pretty stocky, strong guy. He himself admits that if he's presented with anything aluminum, he's guaranteed to strip it out.
He falls into what I always call the "turn harder, not smarter" crowd. He's ALWAYS breaking the housing on something, stripping a bolt, breaking the plastic tabs on some piece, cracking a fitting... he just has a personality type that believes that the 'proper' way to tighten anything (he's paranoid that everything in the world is about to come apart at any moment) is to tighten the tar out of it, using all of his strength (and he's got more than most) until he hears pinging noises coming from metal fatigue.
I come from the camp that unfortunately tends to undertighten things... mainly because I've seen the damage people like he does when they tighten too hard.
