I am trying to take out the headrest from the front seat on my 2006 Liberty Sport CRD and I can't. Is it removable or just adjustable?

Removable there should be 2 push buttons one on each plastic grommet on the seat where the post enter the seat back.

Front head restraints / head rests you need a paper clip like device to release the right side posts

Finally made it! A bit of use of force was needed.
Thank you for all the helping tips.
