Welcome to the club... alot of KJ owners have experienced this. It is your window regulator. At least it is stuck up, mine was down and wouldn't come up..

Stieger performance sells the kits to correct it.

Make sure though that it is your regulator. Can you hear the motor running? If so, its the plastic piece that holds the window. If you don't hear the motor running, its a bad regulator and will need to replace the regulator or check for a short in the wiring.

I just bought two used ones from Thunderbirdjunkie to fix both my back windows... thanks TBJ!!

I had mine get stuck down a couple years ago while on my honeymoon, and I figured it was the regulator since there have been so many problems with them. As I was taking the door skin off, my new bride asks "did you try the controls in the back seat?". Sure enough, those worked , and the ones in the front seat didn't, but only for that window. One day they suddenly started working again and have been fine ever since. Might want to give it a try if you haven't already...
