I was driving down Hollywood Boulevard near Vine around 11 pm last month and saw Pamela Anderson cruise by in a white 2005 Libby and not only was the spare naked but she was topless. I got a photo but can't share it with ya'all 'cause I'm in the process of selling the photo to the tabloids for a cool million.
