the KJ has a big cowling that would probably allow the hood to open...I like the idea of it coming over to follow the winshield for support.

I think the Liberator had the same Bumper Mounted Winch setup

I wonder if that custom bumper provides some type of extra support for it though. I don't like the thought of extending the frame rails to support the winch - seems like it'd put undue pressure on the frame by being mounted underneath.

Man, I still wish they would make a bumper just like that. LOVE it.

Also, I wonder if the winch on the liberator has ever been used to see if any problems crop up.

That is sweet - I'd really like to see some action shots with that snorkle going though

Not sure why it would have to cross over the windshield like that either. seems like it should go right up in line with the pillar.

I think it crosses over the windshield since that front side of the pillar next to the windshield is actually part of the door, thus having it go over the windshield will allow it not to hit the door when door is opened....that sounds about right i think...

Some of the pictures show the snorkel and some don't. Is it detachable?

It looks like the pics without are earlier ones, as it also doesn't have the bright orange decals down the side.

Yeah if the snorkel was outside the windsheild then the door wouldn't open.

The exhaust is sweet! Everythign all tucked up like that!

wish we had a dealer like that here in the states

They're an aftermarket shop not a dealership....I've got an email in to them to find out about the snorkel.

Sure looks like one from their home page pic...looks like there is a stock Wrangler sitting in there and along with all the other jeeps around...but maybe that is a french thing...buy all new jeeps and then sell them tuned and tweeked...kinda like RUF for Porsche i presume?

The picture with the stock TJ on their home page is a before (Avant) picture to the after (Apres) pic next to it.

The snorkel on the KJ looks good. Hopefully it isn't a one-off like most other cool stuff we've seen for the KJ.

Yeah, I really like the front bumper on the Liberator as well. I'll buy it in a heartbeat (already paid for my rocklizard rear bumper). I think it (the front bumper) follows the Liberty's curvy looks nicely.

What would it take for strong tubular bumper, and cover some sections of it with softer (and easier to bend?) steel for better appearance?

Does anyone happen to know where he got the grille inserts at? I like them!
Thanks!
