i talked with the "kid" driving the '07 wrangler rubicon and he said he has it early because his mom works for chrysler... "it's a beast," he says.... i thought, geez.... what a spoiled brat...

you could tell he didn't really know what he was doing and if it wasn't a rubicon he would have not done so well in parts...

You caught us in the playground!!! I was checking out the pics on the page you linked, and lo and behold! there we are!

That was at about the point that the 'green shirts' were removing the passenger side step on my Renny. Now there's proof!

Yep, that is my TJ sitting on the rock pile. Trail 5 was never closed (Rock pile or trail 6's bog), there were some instances due to time constraints that we had to bypass stuff.

The SRT ride along was incredible, it's amazing to see a real car handle like that, almost scary to be riding shotgun with someone you don't know behind the wheel.

Mark & Angie - thanks for the head's up on Meisfelfd's. We just bbq'd some of the brauts we picked up (jalepeno & chedder) and they were awesome.

we did the mud/rock/bog on both friday and saturday (saturday's run was the last trail ride of camp jeep) so i didn't think they closed it... i do know that there were a lot more "stucks" on saturday because the ruts got deeper...

I never confirmed if that rumor was true, or not. But..........after seeing the pics of the bog, NO WONDER I kept hearing that 'screeeeee'noise

I was on that trail at 7pm. By the time we got into the bog, it was getting a little DARK out there :D
