thats just plain stupid

where in the heck do you get $1500 from?
more like $200 and as stated befor it is not put on by jeep but by Mark A Smith Offroad Inc.
and if you are paying the dealer to keep you jeep running then maby you should learn to use a wrench on the minor stuff? because what if it breaks out on the trail could you fix it?

$200 is still pretty steep, i would think maybe 25 or 30 would be appropriate especially for any kind of a family outing. but i guess they need to limit it to the certain amount that is willing to pay the $200.

and no i doubt if i break the front end or something that i would not be able to fix it on the trail. thats why i wheel reasonably, without trying to scare my wife. no worries, enjoy.

Hey W3CSX your thinking Snoeshoe??...I wanted to go to that one so bad last year...just couldn't fit it in my summer schedule though
Maybe if I get enough funds or something I can make both Tellico and Snoeshoe...but I know I'll do Tellico first...

Well scrounge the funds and I will see you there.

$200 - $250 per person is too steep for this family of four to enjoy a good time. We would much rather enjoy more frequent trips to the mountains than one trip to a Jamboree. I wouldn't even call it quantity vs quality since AFAIAC, I can have just as good an experience with the right company.
