MY father just suggested even to do an L bracket of the mounts that go into the grill and mount the Hellas on that

if you drill thru the Bull bar, you may get a rusting prob in the future. If you do go that route, just cut off the extended part of the bolt that sticks thru, go to Home Depot and get some caps that snap on the end of bolts. You usually see them on the end of the axles on kids strollers and stuff. They are a plastic/rubber cap with a metal clip type thing inside that clips to the bolt thread and covers the end. Will look better than the bare bolt.
