EHM - Elephant Hose Mod -- CRD specific, length of hose, clamp and a wine bottle cork -- Keeps oil out of the intercooler - about $5.00
ORM - Off Road Mod -- CRD specific, unplug the MAF at the air box -- Disables the EGR-- saves fuel and more horse power Free
Gasser Air box -- CRD specific, replace stock airbox with gasser snorkle airbox -- Keeps water out of the airfilter, might be able to get one free or cheap.
Replace stock muffler with glasspack -- CRD specific, reduces backpressure, always a good thing for a turbocharged engine. $40 with clamps
Remove plastic engine cover-- CRD Specific, makes the diesel sound like a diesel -- easier access to the engine Free
Remove skid plate sound muffling matt, -- CRD Specific, mat was full of water, rusting skid plate. Free
Added foot well courtesy lights. -- std on Ltd, added to Sport, wiring was already there, just buy the lights and plug them in. I think about $8 bucks a piece,
Extend the breather vents -- Extend the front, and rear diff vents, extend the trans and xfer case vents, about 20 foot of 3/8 fuel line. $20
Modified front bumper -- 2005 sport bumper, cut off air dam and plastic it was attached to. Free
$29 roof rails -- See fabrication section, length of strut pipe cut in half and hardware, -- I have used it to cary canoes and an aluminum boat. very nice
Diff Collar, -- $40 bucks plus machining, some have gotten the machining for free so it could be a cheap mod -- May save your Dana 30a from grenading.

other mods were a bit more expensive.

take your spaire tire off, Flip bracket upside down while putting 2 washers on the two top screws when replacing spare holder.

replace spare tire and enjoy the extra 2 inches of space for your trailer ball reciver.

and this one is free! hows that for cheep! :shock:

that is good....can you clarify about the washers? i assume the bolts will pull through otherwise?

Kilby gas tank skid scratch and dent sale 135$$ shipped to me
Boulder Bars used 1/2 price from LOST member
of course used ARB and 5 used MOABS less than half of what the ARB would of been new for the bumper and the wheels
