That's somewhat close to where I'm looking to install my by-pass. Once the bumper is intalled, then I will have a better idea of the exact location and type of mounting bracket.

you need at least a factory skid plate
(there are better ones around - but they cost a lot more)
- but factory is better than a rock through the oil filter
