Why are you asking Us?

Did you think to ask THE DEALERSHIP to explain why you got charged so much extra?

Ask them first then as us if what they say sounds legit. It looks like they found a few things leaking and decided that only part was under warrantee. Sounds like a typical day at the stealership to me.

I am not sure how all this came about but IF somebody drives into a dealership's service department and says I have a leak, fix it! then guess what is going to happen. Here is a hint, read your invoice again.

Knowing EXACTLY what is wrong with your vehicle, KJ or other, is the ONLY way to protect yourself from those guys. even that doesn't work all the time.

yeah, i don't care about the money thing, i just need to know what was broken, leaking so i can blame it on my wreck. they (the other side's insurance) already said that they would cover it.

so they fixed the main seal leak which was a warranty coverage BUT they just had to find something BILLABLE and guess what...your power steering had a mysterious leak develop! and whatever happened to the Master Cylinder they told you needed replacing? I don't see that on your invoice info. Gotta love your dealership!
