I used scrap plywood I had laying around and 2x2 deck spindles that were also laying around and built my rear shelf. Then I bought a cargo net and some 'I' hooks and put them around the border of the shelf.





I picked up some milk crates to put stuff in to help keep things a little more organized.

A basket it shall be! Any recommendations on one that has a mount for my spare...or should I just strap it?

I'd say RL roof rack, but if it's a little too pricy, i'd go for the Surco Roof Rack!!!
