just did some quick research, Hella sells 100W H3 bulbs that they say are for offroad use only, i'm assuming they don't put them in from the factory just in case someone used their lights on the road. I don't see any reason why you couldn't just swap to the 100W bulbs, or any other MFG's 100W H3's for that matter.
