I'm fighting the same thing on mine. I tried to install the tranny skid this morning and couldn't even get one hole to line up (while still keeping things attached in the front and side like they're supposed to be). Frankly, unless SFK mfg comes back with something pretty impressive in the way of customer service and/or replacement, they're going to have one extremely (moreso than I already am) customer.
