I have a CAD drawing of the top spacer plate with dimensions for all 5 holes. I will post it tomorrow. Then anyone can make their own if they want.

I had a friend make a set out of 3/8 plate at his fab shop on an NC laser. He can't really make a bunch and keep inventory on them, so each order would have to include setup fees and stuff which made them cost out at about $20 each. But if someone wanted to buy a bunch of them and then sell them to others here on LOST, then they would probably be considerably better priced... If anyone is interested in that, PM me and we'll see what can be done.
