WOW. The KJ ran like crap fridaynight coming down my road. I took it into the dealer this morning and they looked at it. They called me back 3 hours later saying the COIL PACKS 3 and 5 were shot. They could not explain why I was getting 5 and 6 error codes. Tehy replaced them and they said the error was cleared. So I picked it up and it actually seemed to run much better. (I CHECKEC COILS AND CAME UP WITH GOOD READINGS ON ALL 6)
As I was coming back down my road to pick up my wife and head to QUEENS NY for the night, well I saw smoke come out of my pass rear wheel. When I pulled into my driveway I smelled the break smell. I touched my rim and HOLS S*%T it was freaking HOT.......
Took the wheel off and my break pads were falling to peices. (REPLACED 2 MONTHS AGO) So I figured the calp went bad and SMOKED my pads. Well I went to the store and bought new calps and pads. I waited to they cooled down to replace so I decided to mow my 1 acr lawn. Well the 1st run my tractor started to smoke and all I heard was a pop and I saw my belt and all my tention pulleys shoot in all directions. (This is when I decided to start drinking). I had 2 COLD bottles of guinness and said WTF MAN! I got all the peices that i can find to see what I need. So I headed off the the supply store with the family van. I got to the end of my road and the CEL came on and it stalled and would not start. At this point I was ready to DE0nounce GOD! because he was after me. So I called AAA (should have called AA insted) to pick up my van. Well the ford dealer called me 30mins after they got it (2miles away) and said mass air flow sensor, throd body gasket is leaking and piston 1 and 3 are seized.
after that phone call I lets just say I was RIPPING DRUNK!!!!!!
I was able to finish my KJ and tested it. so far so good. For the lawn tractor F-IT
family van I will deal with monday. WARRANTY at least......
So far my weekend SUX
