Tis true^^^^ that sugar is better. I was originally going to get on the phone and be an a-hole about it but my wife caught me before I did. I'm glad I calmed down a bit before talking to customer service at Chrysler. I think the outcome may have been a bit different.

I've already had two windows fixed and received the "goodwill" warranty repair that cost me $100.00 per window. The third window went today, taking it in tomorrow and another $100.00. One more to go and I'm done!!!

Is this "goodwil" repair have something to do w/ a TSB or unspoken extended warranty deal due to high failure rate or just something w/ your dealer?

I don't know the exact details of the program, but being a known problem has something to do with it. Being a repeat customer and having bought three vehicles in the last five years at their dealership may also have something to do with it. I've finally started to learn late in life, being polite and asking for assistance works wonders rather than going in and ranting about what a piece of crap something is etc. Like Beth always tells me, "you catch more flies with sugar than you do with vinegar".

For now, all I know is my dealer fixed three windows for $100.00 each when they broke. One more to go and I'm done. Yes, they fixed it per the TSB with a newer designed part and the window glass also had to be changed per the TSB.

I'll get with my service writer next week and get more details on the program.

Cool, thanks for any info you can get from them. My wifes pass side rear went out the other day. Crazy thing is i bet it hasn't been down but a few times over the years since she never drives w/ the windows down.

Mine has been parked for a year, washed it today, and the left rear fell as soon as I started to wash it! Guess the dirt was holding it up... Oh well, will zip tie it tomorrow, and add it to the parts to buy after done buying all of the hardware for the SFA...
