For anyone who hasn't seen it, here is the allpar.com intelligent speculation about the 2017 Wrangler:
http://www.allpar.com/SUVs/jeep/wrangler/2017.htmlA long-travel IFS, light-weighted, more aerodynamic Wrangler with a VM Motori 3.0L diesel that gets better gas mileage sounds pretty darned interesting to me!
I have both an IFS 03 KJ and a SFA 06 LJ Rubicon. The KJ handles so much better than the LJ it's not funny. I've come to think of my KJ almost as a rally vehicle. The (modified) LJ is a blast, but it definitely has more suspension and steering issues.
So I'm really interested in a long-travel IFS, diesel Wrangler, though I do hope the rear axle stays solid.
