Being one of those who has been around since the e-z board days I can honestly say that this is the best forum I go to on a daily basis. I know there are folks who have been around longer than I have and I'm sure they would also say that there have been many improvements to the site over the years. Yes we've had our share of growing pains but we get through them and continue on enjoying our Jeeps and our forum. So please bear with us as we update the site and, as always, continue to enjoy your LOST experience 8)

I don't want to hear that name ever again. Saturday night was full of "obamabombs" and I can't remeber anything anymore.

example of bad change.... changing the 1 gallon capacity fuel filter on a 345 excavator because you have to lay across the turbo and valve cover and try not to drop the filter :x

Yep this has come a long way since Jeeps Unlimited and the EZ Board...

Will the new changes include adding chat back... I miss trash talking "live" with JJ late at night while Tricia laughs then scouls then hits me then laughs over my shoulder....

BTW, I been here from the start when Darby was Liberty4all, and we had to deal with the flames of Dill____r (don't want the ghost to hear his name
Looking for new mods huh... I never been offered the job... Lucky I guess

JJ, this explains why we are waiting on your feedback/reply on lanyard stuff

I'm most looking forward to seeing the new LOST JEEPS logo :D

(I must say that I was attracted to LOST KJ firstly as it was model specific.. & I'm quite fond of the KJ and the KJ owners mentality compared to other certain Jeepers. However things change and I'm more LOST than simply KJ so it should be good 8) )

Part of the reason this board is so respected is it is full of like minded (mostly positive) individuals that love all Jeeps Regardless of what model they drive.
It started out w/ almost exclusively KJ owners and we battled to survive like the underdogs we were. It brought us together tighter as a group and made us understand not to treat other Jeep owners the way we had been treated.
These are some of the reasons why we try not to tolerate the BS, flaming, etc. around here. This should be a comfortable place for all Jeep owners and especially those that have been put out......And it Will continue to be THE Liberty forum it always has been, but it will also become THE Jeep forum it needs and deserves to be.

>insert group hug here<

Better you than me. I operate a 962G on a daily basis and that's all I do. Of course the first time I would attempt to change anything on my Cat, there would be a grievance filed.

But as for the topic of the forum and change, I was led here by someone who suggested I need to visit and join having just bought his Liberty. Now having done this, and as a new member, the site appears to be a great online gathering place for Jeep owners. I hope my time here is worthwhile and fun.

totally welcome! :D

i don't really see it as a topic change cause half of the guys here have other than KJ jeeps as well thus the fairly large wrangler etc section

I'm kinda curious about getting a little confirmation that my lifetime member dues were received but regardless i found the forum to be well worth donating to

the guy's here have saved me the cost of the LT membership in buying the wrong parts etc about 10 times over and I just got started :P
