Im still pretty new even though Ive been a member since November...and mine is just a nickname I got in HS. Much like Stacey Fergerson (sp?) is known as "fergie" in the band the Black Eyed Peas mine is just a spin off of my last name

(But mine came first--in 2001!) I also used to have personalized plates that said "fingie" on my old car but didnt transfer them to the Libby because when I first bought it, I didnt know how to drive stick and didnt want people to be able to recognize/remember me & my stalling

Yeah, Im lame.

Yep, Red Wolf Beer. A beautiful 6% dark beer from the A-B companies that won the Beer Festival three times, yet still died a horrible death.

I moved "back" to Buffalo, NY from NCin 1996. I missed being able to buy Red Wolf in the great white north. When I was finally able to plan my escape, I picked a new AOL handle. My goal was to return in June of 1998.

My old handle online, which dates to 1988 was duckiedj. Duckie from that great 80's movie Pretty in Pink!

Some people have asked if I am of African decent or if I am a Led Zepplin. No, I am a pasty white guy. I really like Led Zepplin (the best concert I have ever seen was Robert Plant’s Manic Nirvana tour – the guy is truly masterful live – I think he did 5 Zepplin songs), but I am not a zealot and, frankly, I don’t think that Black Dog is one their best songs.

My username is after my beautiful full-blooded Black Labrador Retriever.

Me too! I love hearing how everyone came up with their names!

meh_kick · **Posted:** Fri Jan 26, 2007 5:36 pm

I am a drummer. Once, a pretty sorry guitar player asked to jam. To avoid playing with him I said that I had no bass drum pedals, so I had to KICK the drums. Hence I wouldn't do well in his "band." Only a few friends knew what I did, their nick name for me kind of stuck.

MEH is a combonation of my first and last name.
