I drive an '05 CRD which is an Italian engine, and my jeeps are always girls. So I named her Fiametta, Fi for short. Fiametta is an Italian name meaing "little fire". I guess that in Italian Fiamma is also a term of endearment.

My first jeep (93 xj) had less thought put into her. Bare bones cherokee...just a plain old jeep....plain Jane. :D

Still working on it...
I had thought of Big Black, but there was another Black Libby already name something close to that and I want something original, so I just keep trying to think of one.

My son calls it "Daddy's Jeep", or sometimes he says "My Jeep", haha, he's already claiming it :ROTFL:

So maybe kind of like a Sugar Daddy having to give money to the Sugar, and a Baby Mama, maybe mine's JeepDaddy haha...

Any thoughts:?

We call ours Grannysgoat.

The "Granny" part comes from it being my wifes grocery getter and she is a grandmother of 9 plus one great grand daugher (Ya I know, that makes me a Grandfather of 9+1). You figure out how I was able to lift it, locker it, tire it, etc and still have her OK to drive it. What a great wife! The "Goat" part comes from doing rock climbing in Moab last fall. The comment was made that "this thing climbs like a goat". So, there you go, Grannysgoat. I was going to get a customer spare tire cover but that didn't go over so well. The big band aid covering the door dent was OK though.

Libby. Although her full name is, 'Olibya'. She's the 1st Vehicle I EVER gave a 'proper' name to. Some others were, "The Brute", "The Beast". I specifically named my Postal Jeep 'Terminator', since it just WOULDN'T DIE!!!! (Although I tried to kill it, multiple times.) :-)r

The Mountain Goat. :JEEPIN: My wife calls it the Little Mountain Goat. It got it's name after a really, really bad snow storm over Thanksgiving. We were going through the Bozeman Pass in MT right before Thanksgiving and drove 55 miles in white out conditions at 10-20 mph. After 9 different rigs in the ditch ranging from jacked up Chevy's, 18 wheelers, luxury SUVs, etc, we were still a :JEEPIN: . Thought the name fit after climbing icy mountain passes.
