Hello all, I know this has been discussed on here before but I cant seem to find the answer on any threads. Basically at night I use my fogs and headlights. Every now and then they will flash off then back on, this includes all the interior lights as well.

Any suggestions??
Thanks in advance

Cables - or plugs loose somewhere
maybe bad fuses? or something loose on the fusebox
never heard of this happening to anybody...

I have noticed something like this, but I think it is only the fog lights that flash on mine. It seems to happen sometimes after a turn when the turn signal shaft snaps back to normal position. Seems to only do it when both headlights and foglights are on.

It's the multi-function switch. (controls headlights, fogs, interior lights, etc etc etc) It's bad...

That is exactly what happened to me. It is the multifunction switch. Take it in and tell that it is bad and to change it. It is covered under the 3-36 warranty. And don't let them tell you that they can't find anything wrong. They should have seen this many times and should take your word on it.

I had this problem for a while to. I turned the interior light setting to the always bright position and have had no problems for about 3 years. The "always bright" setting is the position between the dimmer section and the "Dome light on" position.

Don't know if this will work for you or if anyone else has tried it and had it work for them. But for me it seemed the problem was in the interior light dimmer.

I also had a multifunction switch go bad and had the same problems, but I also had a very fast clicking sound when it would act up. They fixed it under warranty.

Most likely it is the multifunction switch, if it works with the dash lights all the way on high but goes on and off when they are dim then the dimmer is probably overheating and causing the problem.
