Post subject:  Libs in TV & movies... Post your sightings
Watching Eureka on SCiFi tonight & thought I glimpsed a green Lib in Sheriff's colors, then saw a Grand C. so thought I was wrong. End of show definately saw a Lib. So either they have both in the show or they did up one of each and are interchanging them figuring people won't notice the difference. Plus there were a few prominant "nose on" shots where the Jeep logo featured prominently.... I'm thinking a DC plug/"promotional consideration".

Smallville used one for the last couple seasons.....

Any other sightings out there in TVland?

dont know about tv land, but the movie Silent Hill featured one. Talk about a wierd movie, I went to see it on one of those gloomy, rainy nights, and well.....you get the point.

we get some show on Aus TV called the Ghost Whisperer a chick from 90210 is in it but so is a red 05/06 libby

yah.. like you said... Lana on Smallville has one she drives around.. i see them all the time in movies.. usually the main characters drive them but its so quick on screen..

The Aussies got it! Jennifer Love Huget... I mean Hewitt drives a nice red one on The Ghost Whisperer. The show is pretty lame but Miss Hewitt one fine crazy lady.

Yeah, I was able to catch the repeat late last night. I think the rear-end shot was a GC but it goes by so fast I'd have to see it again to be sure. Definitely one toward the end, so I'm thinking the Sheriff drives the GC and his hot little gung-ho deputy drives the Lib. Then I was watching the teaser at the end of upcoming stuff and saw the new sheriff drving an XJ in a couple of shots, so I agree that DC did some deal to get them in there.

EDIT: I went to SciFi.com and they have a link to watch the first episode in streaming video. I was able to do a screen grab and got this:

You were right, Cacher, it was a Limited Edition Libby. The Deputy and some others were loading boxes in the back, then she drove off. So they have both a GC and KJ on the show. Should make it even more fun to watch 8)

I believe I saw a white one in the trailer for the "Silent Hill" movie. It was what the mom was driving.

SInce I started this post I thought I'd revive it!

Caught "Reaper" a couple times and the last 2 episodes I saw panned by the same blue Lib in the parking lot of the "Home Depot" type store where they work. I'm thinking a crew member or something.

I saw the same thing tonight he parked his Pirus next to it. As for Lana's on Smallville wasn't it blown up a short time back?? Lana's OK but Jennifer Love Hewwit, is awsome and she has come a long way from the slice and dice movies. Anytime she wants a ride in my KJ I'll drive her where ever she wants to go. :twisted: :shock: :twisted: :roll: :twisted: 8)

Actually my show is NCIS, the Goth Chick Abby is just HOT and the neat thing if you have ever seen her on Craig Ferguson after Letterman, you will see that she is like that in real life too. Brains and Beauty now thats my type of Woman :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:
