Hey I have a quick question. Can you mount old tires on new rims. My BFGs arent quite ready to be replaced yet, but I'm strongly considering ordering either ProComp alloys or Mickey Thompson StreetLock wheels next saturday. I dont want to change the wheel size, just get something to replace my Jeep wheels so it stands out a little. So, if I stick with 16" wheels could I have the BFGs remounted?

Sweet! Might use next weeks paycheck for new wheels then. I saw that the Liberty wheels are 16 x 7, the ones I'm looking at are 16 x 8. Is that a small enough difference that it wont matter. I'm assuming it will be Ok since the tires are 235/70R 16.

You might want to consider wheels with a little less back spacing. Maybe 5" or 4.75" to compensate for the added width. Plus it gives the KJ a little bit wider stance. Looks really nice that way.
