I bought the parts for a Thule Crossroads roof rack off EBay, it all fits nice and seems real solid...the only problem is the wind noise, its a little annoying. Is it noiser becaues I got the 65" bars, should I cut them shorter? I dont have a sunroof so its just the rack up there. |

My Yakima didn't make any noise when I put it on last winter with the ski/snowboard rack on it. When I took it off in April it howled. This eliminated about 60% of the noise and cost $12>$18 depending on the source. It is called a Yakima Windjammer.
Should fit a Thule too. It just snaps on. |

You don't like the werewolf on your roof??? yes, you need a fairing. I've thought about trying those windjammer things, though. The faring got rid of all my noise. |
