I just found out I've got a craked Exaust manifold - anybody heard of anything like this happening to KJs?

I told them i want the craked part - I want to see it - and I'll take a pic...
definetly is craked - I can hear it while driving - the exaust makes a roaring noise - as if i had an open exaust for racing.
besides, I've had bad mileage since CJ so I knew something was not right.

Even JB weld will work in a pinch, well at least it worked on a 62 Comet.

Just got a call from the dealer
it is getting a quick fix - probly a weld.... but I've been told if I keep banging it It'll crack again - so for all that money and to have the whole thing replaced, i'll be getting a flowmaster and the works later
At least I will not be missing our badlands outing on saturday - we got 12 going already....

Flowmaster does not make headers for the libby, only JBA. Im not sure if they are out yet, I knew they were working on it.

The JBA headers are not out yet. I'm #18 on the backorder list. I'm supposed to get them the first week of Sept.
And I've been waiting 7 months! It will be worth it, when I get them and install them. darn it!
