I know this topic has come up many a time but I wasn't really able to get the answer from looking at the search results..

I was going to get 255/70/16 BFG T/A's for my 03 Renegade but apparently BFG has discontinued that size of the T/A's :?:

So my wife was searching around for me and found the Bridgestone Dueler Revo's. Does anyone here have that tire or know someone that does? Is it a decent tire or not?

What tires would you guys suggest for me? I commute about 65 miles each day but would really like to get into wheeling now that the wet months are upon us :)

And lastly, are 255/70's too big for my stock height 03 Renegade? Should I just get the 245/70 BFG T/A's? I'm extremely torn...

You will be able to run 245/70 with a stock suspension, however 255/70 tires will give you definate rubbing.

As for the Dueler AT - Revos, I can personally tell you that they are very nice tires. On road they're pretty quite and give excellent traction, and offroad they're great as well. You'll find nothing but positive reviews for the Revo's on this board.

well they ended up finding me a set of 5 255/70 T/A's :)

Now i'm looking to lift the jeeper so I minimize the rubbing. I was looking at the frankenlift but didn't know if it was overkill for my needs..65 miles commuting at least 5 days a week and possible get into wheeling soon.

So what lift do you guys & gals would best suit my situation? :)

Lots of us run Rusty's coil lift. It's just under $500 with shipping. The front coils do not come assembled though. I paid $150 to have them done at a shop. The rears are easy as pie. It works great. I would reccomend upgrading to the Rancho shocks. Others may have the exact model #. It rides great on road and off.

or get a daystar or revtek spacer lift.... not as much articulation, but you're higher...
