Hi,

I just had my coolant flushed and set up for the winter (we moved from Hawaii where we haven't dealt with winter in a long time). Just 3 weeks later my heater stopped working (i.e. no heat was coming out, but the fan was blowing fine and the air conditioner worked). I was set up to take it in to Jeep to be checked, but I traveled 2 hours away the day before. I ended up stuck in the other city when my engine started overheating and the alarm went off. I had to take it to the same company (just a different location) who flushed my coolant as there wasn't anyone else nearby. They said that my radiator had cracked from excess vibration. I'm wondering if they didn't refill the coolant when I had it flushed and it caused the crack. I haven't been off road in a long time due to our move and only travel short distances back and forth to work, so I'm not sure how it would receive "excess" vibration. Have any of you experienced this? I'm going to take the old radiator t to Jeep next week to be examined. I'm hoping they agree with me and I might get some recourse for this expensive fix. Thanks!

The radiator in the Libbies tend to get a small leak at the top corner on the driver's side. It's pretty common.
