If you are referring to the roof mounted light bar that comes on the '02-'05 Renegades, then they are standard 9006 headlight bulbs inside. Your best bet is to go to various bulb manufacturers websites (Philips, GE, Sylvania etc.) and try to find it there. I think the total output of the light bar (all 4 bulbs on) is around 55,000 candlepower. Hope this helps!

You can replace them with Sylvania Silverstars if you want or any 9006 headlight bulb. The 9006s are the ones which have the plug end at 90 degrees from the actual bulb itself, unlike our 9007 headlight bulbs which are straight, and not bent. As long as you have the 160 amp alternator that came with the Renegades, you shouldn't have to worry about adding a few extra watts up there if you want them brighter. Every time someone asks to see them on, they of course always stand right in front of them after I warn them how bright they are, then declare "Holy doo doo, those are bright"! Mine are stock to.

Reason I pointed you to the search is that there were various detailed discussions on the issue. It wasn't a simple yes or no answer. I wasn't being a dlck. There were issues involved like cutting tabs to fit, heat issues, possible overloading electrical system, which bulbs work/fit better, etc. and I thought you'd appreciate the benefit of all these discussions so you could make an informed choice, not because I was blowing you off. One thing you will learn about this forum is that when someone starts a topic/asks a question, etc., it gets discussed down to the nth degree. Alot of these discussions go on for days even weeks and simply searching and finding that particular thread will give you reams of info on just about any KJ subject. Don't jump to conclusions.
