I have a 2006 Liberty 4x4, on several occasions the warning light on the dash for the TPMS has come on. It use to go off after driving a few miles, now it stays on. The tire pressure checks out OK. What should I check next? |

Are you checking the spare too? I never did till I read the manual and it says it checks that one too with the system, I filled it up and all went well afterwards.... |

Yes I checked the spare, all the air pressure was OK there. I had been out wheeling in some rough country before this happen (all times). Could something got jarred/shocked? |

If its the spare the light will blink, stays solid for the other 4 wheels Bob |

Make sure the guage you used is reading right. I think the TPMS requires 33psi |

If you aired down a lot, you may have broken a sensor in one of your wheels. I got this same problem after off some heavy off roading and a flat off road. The dealership says they have no idea what's causing it. Now they want to tear off all of my tires. |
