I'm running the Shell Rotella Synthetic 5-W40. No complaints here. I've run it in my trucks for years. It is about $15/gal at Wal-Mart.

Sorry JJ, but I have been running Rotella T 15w40 in everything I owned since around 1990. Diesels and gas. When I ran diesels I had the oil tested every 30K or so, and found I could stretch the oil change intervals to 5K instead og the ordinary 3K.

No need to apologise, No bother to me, I'm enjoying my 15,000 mile or one year change intervals.
