I have an 02 Renegade, and don't plan on getting rid of it anytime soon (too much stuff done to start over on a new rig now), but I can't stand the front factory seats. I've toyed with the idea of replacing them for quite a while, but I don't know of any shops locally that carry seats and the idea of ordering seats without being able to sit in them first just seems wrong to me.

Anyhow, for buzzing around town and offroad it's not bad, but I do a couple thousand mile runs each year and the short base on the factory seats is killing the backs of my upper legs after only a hundred miles or so, then the rest of the trip is just painful. I tried searching the forum but didn't have any luck, so have any of you replaced the factory front seats in a 02 renegade, and if so, with what? Any advice or opinions that will help me comfortable seats would be great.

bride seats for the win.

I beleive if you contact bride they can supply you with the proper adapters and such.

If you go with a bride seat you will not be dissappointed.
