Hi everyone, I Just traded my old Ford Ranger in for a 2006 Jeep Liberty today and this is my first post on this site. The Liberty is really nice, Tow Package, all black, w/ 65th anniversary edition. I might do some mild modifications like catback exhaust and CAI. |

Welcome to L.O.S.T.......I can relate to how you feel about your first KJ.Theres nothing quite like one.I've had mine for about a year or two and it gives you the best of both worlds...Nice interior and a fairly rugged exterior. However I do want to warn you that in just a month or two of reading the L.O.S.T. forums, there seems to be this Mod. bug that will infect you.It can make you very sick, and the only cure is that you will need plenty of money! You will be on this forum night and day searching for" FIXES " and they will hold you over for a little while but only to get worse....All jokes to the side, the people on here are good people for the most part.Again...Welcome aboard, and don't forget to go up and introduce yourself in the northeast chapter.

I have the 65th as well, couldn't beat all the options with that package for the price. Unlike you, I had to keep my old ranger, out here in the country, I have to have a truck, pluse I love my ranger. I took my kj 4 wheeling for the first time over new years in the mountains of W,Va. It did awesome, was very pleased. I've allways had wranglers before, now I can wheel in comfort. I really like my liberty and I'm sure you will love yours as well. "Yep", that mod bug will catch, It shouldn't take long before you realize those stock tires gotta go, then you'll need a slight lift to put those new tires on, it's just a natural progression ha ha. "Welcome a board"!!!!! |

Oh yeah the mod bug its vicious my wife thinks I am crazy now that I have a jeep hehe. I am a bit of an addictive personality so once I do something I really get into it. Now this jeep thing is my new addiction reading learning testing some theory out soon i love it and it is nice to see so many others that have a passion for it. |
