Trail Hawk? WTF? It looks like Jeep has missed the mark once again. The article says "it's based on the new body-on-frame four-door Jeep Wrangler Unlimited." It has a 116" wheelbase and rolls on 22-inch, five spoke wheels, wrapped in 34" tires.

If it rolled on 39s and scored over 1,000 I wouldn't be interested! That thing has no business on the trails. What is Jeep thinking? They've become so out of touch it ain't funny.

Hate to say it, but I like it better than the Liberty...I would buy it.

If the front end of the next-gen Liberty looks anything like that, I might be tempted to buy another one That looks mean.

The front looks more Grand Cherokee than Liberty imo, but it does look nice all the same!!

very aggressive look from the front can you say " get the heck out of my way" BUT on the other hand I wouldn't go on the trail with it

Almost looks like an independent rear end?

I like the look, but the style is like the H3 in that the windows are tiny = no visibility, which can easily spell disaster on the trail. I think Jeep is trying out their legs in the sporty SUV market with this model, kinda like the Porsche SUV.

IMO this could easily be a next gen GC. The Grand Cherokee is a luxury vehicle, that still has some ability to go offroad. The wheels and tires are a bit extremem, but they are on all concept cars. I don't think it's a problem for the GC to not be totally off road oriented. It's the luxury arm of Jeep. As long as the Wrangler is still sweet and completely off road (which it is) Jeep has not lost touch. They are just choosing not to put all their eggs in one basket

I was also thinking that would be a cool car to use in the upcoming Transformers movie.
