Hi, A local fellow is selling his 2004 Renegade Roof Rack and I like the way it looks. Will the Liberty Renegade Roof Rack fit on my 2006 Liberty Sport? Thanks for any help you can offer. |

I'm pretty sure it'll fit, but most people take them off instead. Its made entirely with plastic and doesn't hold as much weight as say a Surco or other metel roof baskets. I'm not real sure how the install goes so i can't help ya out there. sorry |

1. The later models had, I believe (help me out guys) a larger diameter rail so I don't think it will fit. 2. It's not so much a Roof Rack but a plastic open bottomed, four sided, "basket" that simply extends the height of the rails. Anything placed "inside" of it will sit directly on the roof. Better off to spend for a cheap ($99 or so) actual roof basket. Unless you just like the looks. 
Also, unless you are sure to get the "clamps" that go with it, you won't be able to mount it. For pics, see my CarDomain link below. |
