http://petitionspot.com/petitions/savePAP/ I am sorry if this is in the wrong section, But I for one will do whatever I possibly can to help save the park, So please sign this for it may help or may not, but I think it is worth a try, It is being posted on every offroad board out there. I read through a thread on Jeep Forum, I think, and I saw in there that the operators of PAP, John?, were going through legal challenges and looking at a lot of options. They also asked people to flow with ideas, but told many to calm down and not jump the gun, I just hope this is not one of the "jumping Guns." Looking at the petition, I am wondering if this will help or hurt what they are trying to do behind the scenes. I am in no way a petition expert, but I would like to ask if anyone has run this petition through the operators of PAP to ensure we are not stepping on their toes so to speak. I would love to be able to go to PAP eventually, I just want to make sure we are helping an not possibly hurting its chances with this petition. I know we have at least one Lawyer on here if I remember right, any inputs from any of the guys closer to PAP, maybe we could get a yea or nea from them? Like I said, if I know it will help I will sign it in a heartbeat, I just do not want to hurt their chances by ticking off the land owners thus thwarting any chances of a settlement that favors PAP. |

I also seen that PAP is ok with the petition as long as everyone who signs it and post a comment keeps it clean, SO Please Everyone, Please Keep It Clean. UPDATE, NEW JUDGE FOR THE CASE that could be a good thing. |

If they have to relandscape the property maybe they can pay those Jeepers that are gunna miss wheeling on it to come out with their rigs and do it for them...winching out trees or what have you...just a thought....what a shame though seriously...never had a chance to get up there but I'm sure at some point I would have wheeled my way up there....Best of luck to you NorthEast fellas.... |

The judge has ruled that the owners have to be off the property by Monday. That means this weekend will be the last monthly run there unless a miracle happens. So I suggest anyone who is within a few hours drive (all the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and maybe some of you Midwest guys) try to come out this weekend and show your support. The Mid-Atlantic is planning to go this Saturday. Check this thread: http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/vie ... 906#166906 and let us know you are coming. They are trying to get the local press to come out and see what the impact will be if Paragon closes. So the more people that show up the better. |

also contact PA State Rep Todd Eachus and let him know how much PAP means to you and if you are from PA how you feel he is doing his job.
